I am very excited to present our add-ons for the Christmas Slippers Patterns. This is a seasonal addition to converting our free slippers sewing patterns into Santa, Rudolph, and Elf slippers.

These slippers have been one of our website’s most downloaded pdf patterns, especially at Christmas time.

So we thought it was only right to transform this popular pattern and put some Christmas spirit on it.

Christmas Slippers Patterns

I have been all over the place this Christmas with my DIY projects.

Can’t help it.

This season brings my creativity to its most. And making my own Christmas Crafts and Decorations simply puts me in a good mood.

I spend most of my time at the house in slippers. So I thought it was about time to make some cheesy and super cute Christmas-themed ones for this year.

And the best part is that you probably already own our free pattern!

The holidays are near, so these accessories can be useful to make a nice gift for your guests.

All though you might be inclined to keep these cuties for yourself.

You will only need to download the Christmas slipper’s add-ons patterns and follow the instructions to attach them to your slippers.

By getting these patterns, you will be able to sew the three classics: Santa, Rudolph the red nose reindeer, and the elf slipper pattern.

How do you make a Christmas Slippers Pattern?

This pattern has everything you need to make any slipper design into Christmas-themed slippers.

The product of the add-ons already comes with a Medium size slipper template, so you don’t have to download all the women’s and men’s sizes again if you don’t need to.

But if you want another size, you can easily download the free six-size slippers sewing patterns. After choosing your size, use the add-ons to make your Christmas Slippers.

We decided to use felt fabric for ours, and they turned out looking pretty great, if I may say so.

You can make them in any fabric you want. The only thing we advise is making them with a material that won’t fray.

Some of the pattern pieces are too small to have seam allowances.

So it’s best to choose something you don’t have to hem. Like the eyes of the reindeer!

Best Materials to make slippers.

Choose the main fabric that is warm and easy to work with. Preferably one that doesn’t frays. It can be anything from fleece, felt, or even heavyweight knit fabrics. For the filling/lining, we used this foam Stabilizer. Like the one, you use in bags.

This foam is very soft and easy to sew with a home sewing machine.

Also, we recommend using an extra layer of non-slip material on the bottom of the sole to make them sturdier. To trace your patterns choose good and strong pattern makers paper options such as brown craft paper.
