Making this basket is pretty easy.
To begin with, you need the most important element: Fabric.
Choosing the Right Fabric for a Gift:
Well, I bet if your mother likes to sew, she probably has a big stash already.
Wait a minute…
Are you thinking this right now…? “Why purchase more fabric? She has enough already.”
Well, please stop.
The first rule of our Sewing Life is that there is never enough fabric!
Besides selecting a piece of fabric of your own (don’t worry, I will help you), it shows that you care enough to make this gift really special.

After you choose your fabric, roll it and tie it with a nice bow using some ribbed ribbon. You can even get a kit of 2-3 fabrics so she can combine them.
Ok. Now let’s talk about the sewing goodies you are going to put in this perfect basket:
You can simply go to your nearest craft store and buy a bunch of sewing goodies to put in. Or you can check out this amazing list of The Most Beautiful Sewing Tools that you can just buy online.
