Dress as your favorite character!
There is just something extra fun about dressing up as a Disney couple!
From classic characters we grew up loving to more modern favorites, there are so many ways to turn a simple outfit into a magical Halloween look with a few creative details.
I am a Disney girly all the way!
Unfortunately, I don’t have a bae to couple up with for a boyfriend-and-girlfriend Halloween matching costume.

But do you think that was going to stop me?
Of course not!
You can couple up with your friends, family, or literally a stranger from the streets (I don’t judge!)
And don’t worry, you don’t need to be a costume-making expert to pull these off. A basic outfit, some felt, fabric, ribbon, craft supplies, and a little imagination can go a long way.
Sometimes it’s the smallest details that make a character instantly recognizable.

3 Tips for Creating Easy Disney Couple Costumes DIY
You don’t need to recreate an entire Disney wardrobe to make a great costume. The trick is knowing which details really make the character recognizable and keeping the DIY part fun and manageable.
Here are my three favorite tips for putting together your own Disney couple costumes.
1. Start With What You Have
Before you start buying supplies or planning an elaborate costume, take a peek inside your closet. You might already have some of the perfect pieces to get started!
A dress, button-up shirt, pair of jeans, jacket, or even a basic pair of shoes can become the foundation of your Disney character outfit. Then you can focus your time and budget on the fun details that make the costume special.

2. Focus on the Character’s Key Details
Here’s a little costume-making secret: you don’t always need the whole outfit to make a character recognizable!
Think about the one or two details that immediately make you think of that character. It could be a pair of glasses, a hat, a bow, a particular accessory, or even a specific color combination.

For example, if you’re dressing up as Milo from Atlantis: The Lost Empire, his signature glasses can do a lot of the work. You could wear a simple outfit in the same color palette and add those recognizable glasses to bring the character to life.
- High-Quality Materials: Our black circle glasses are crafted from premium materials, ensuring durability and comfort for long wear. The metal frame and clear non-prescription lenses provide a stylish yet practical option for any dress-up occasion
This is also a great way to create matching Halloween costumes without making two completely elaborate outfits. Start with simple clothes in colors that fit your characters, then add the key accessories that pull everything together.
3. Keep the DIYs Simple
This is supposed to be fun, so don’t make yourself a complicated costume that takes three weeks to finish!
Simple craft supplies like felt, cardstock, ribbon, fabric, paint, and a hot glue gun can be surprisingly useful for making Disney-inspired accessories. Look for projects that you can finish in an afternoon and that don’t require a ton of specialized materials.
- Packaging Include: They are ten rolled up together, if you only received one package of one roll, please open the package and check it.
A handmade pair of ears, a cute bow, a themed hat, or a character-inspired prop can completely transform a simple outfit. And if you’re making your costume as a couple, you can even divide up the DIY projects and help each other with the crafting.
The goal isn’t to recreate every tiny detail from the movie. It’s to have fun, get creative, and create a costume that people can recognize the moment they see you!
